Athletic Team Registration

 

High School Athletic Registration:

Spring 2024 Registration Dates:

Boys Swim/Dive, Girls Golf and Boys Volleyball:  Monday, February 5th - Thursday, February 15th.

First official day:  Monday, February 19th.

Boys and Girls Lacrosse, Baseball, Girls Soccer, Girls Tennis, and Track:  Monday, February 5th - Wednesday, February 21st.

First official day: Monday, February 26th.

Late Registration:  Tuesday, February 27th - Friday, March 1st.

Junior High Athletic Registration:

Spring 2024 Registration Dates:

Boys' Soccer, Track, and Girls' Softball: Monday, March 4th- Friday, March 8th.

Official Start Date: Monday, March 18th. 

High School and Junior High Online Athletic Registration and Physical Examination:

Physical Examination

Sports Physicals:  Wednesday, July 26th in the Cheyenne Mountain High School Gym 5:30pm-8:00pm.  Cost - $20.00.

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination uploaded before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uploaded prior to the first day of practice/tryouts. ALL Winter 2023 Sports Physicals must be current through MARCH 2024.

Athletes will NOT be allowed to try out or practice until the following items are completed:

  1. Online Registration
  2. Current Physical from Doctor uploaded - form located on Atheletic Home Page, valid 365 days from date of last exam, must be a clearance for SPORTS participation.
  3. Athletic Fee paid online or submitted to the High School Athletic Office.
  4. Clearance by the Athletics Office - athlete's information will be on the coach's roster after steps 1-3 are complete.  

Physicals are valid for 1 year from the date of the last exam.

Multi-Sport High School Discount:

Upon registering for your Student's 2nd high school sport of the current school year, you may deduct 10% of the current Sport Registration Fee AND 10% of the previous Fee.

EXAMPLE:  

Fall Sport:  Cross Country $175.00  less 10% = $17.50

Winter Sport:  Ice Hockey $530.00 less 10% = $53.00

$530.00 - $70.50 = $459.50 owed for Ice Hockey

To pay the registration fee online, please access the following link: https://cmsd12.revtrak.net/hs/hs-athletics.  If you would like to pay by check, please bring a check to the high school athletic office by Friday, November 10th.

To Pay the Junior High School Registration Fee Online:

To pay the registration fee online, please access the following link: https://cmsd12.revtrak.net/jh-athletics/#/list. If you would like to pay by check, please bring a check to the Jr. High front office.
